Important information and FAQ. Please read prior to booking your Consultation
Clients who are in a crisis should see a doctor, financial adviser, lawyer or relevant professional before booking a consultation. Psychic and Medium Readings with Hector are not a substitute for advice or treatment that you would normally receive from a professional such as a lawyer, doctor, psychiatrist, therapist, or financial adviser.
1. What is my date of birth or photo needed for? What happens to my personal information after a session?
I use your date of birth and photo to tune in better to your vibrations and make a connection with you for your reading. This gives us the best level of accuracy during your reading.
Your details are not used for any other purpose. Your information is destroyed after the session is completed, and your readings, questions, what we discuss and information always remain safe and confidential.
2. What’s your cancellation and refund policy?
There are no refunds once your session begins. If you request a refund after you have paid and before your session begins, I will refund your payment minus a US $25 administrative fee. This is to cover my costs with administrative expenses, such as my secretary.
If I can’t get in touch with you in the way that we arranged within 10 minutes of your appointment time, I usually conclude that you are not going to show up. Being late will not receive an extension of their appointment.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please let me know 48 hours before your appointment and we can find another time and day. A $50 fee applies to all missed appointments as that slot had been reserved for you and cannot easily be filled at such short notice.
If you have missed your appointment and wish to reschedule, you will be required to pay the additional $50 and then you can be rescheduled.
3. Can I ask follow-up questions by email after the session?
Please make sure you get all your important issues and questions addressed during the consultation, as I am not able to answer questions outside of phone sessions due to time constraints and the volume of people I work with.
4. Should I do anything in particular to prepare for my consultation?
Not necessarily. However some of my clients like to write down all of their questions so that they do not forget anything they want to ask during the consultation. Many clients also like to write notes down during the consultation.
5. Do you do readings for people under eighteen?
No we do not I only work with people over the age of eighteen.
6. What is the average wait time for a reading?

7. Can I organize a slot now and pay later?
Due to my heavy sessions schedule, my secretary will not book your appointment until you have ordered your consultation.
8. Can I pay by check or another method?
You cannot pay by check, but you can pay using a postal money order or an international money order. Your consultation will be booked once we receive your money order. Contact My Secretary for address information.
9. Do you do in-person readings?
Yes, I do. I am located in the SOHA ARTS BUILDING -1001 White Horse Pike, SUITE 28, Oaklyn, NJ 08107 in the USA. You must book an appointment first, with my secretary as I work by appointment only.
10. I’m a skeptic. Do you do readings for people who don’t believe in all this stuff? Can you give me a free reading as proof of your psychic abilities before I book?
I am including this question here because occasionally people send us emails asking this. The answer is no to both questions. I believe that reading for true, hardcore skeptics is a waste of time because no matter how much proof you provide, it is never enough.
In the words of St. Francis . . . “For those that believe no words are necessary, for those that do not believe none are ever enough .. . . . ”
11. Do you ever do discounted/free readings?
No. But you can sort of get a free reading by coming, in person only, to the Message Service I give at my Spiritual Center.
12. Where did you learn to do these sessions for people? How can I learn them too?
I am a natural born psychic medium. I learned how to work with my abilities and was guided by several members of my family. However I do teach many psychic development programs where you can learn how to use your own abilities here
Disclaimer and Affordability
All predictions made during your reading by Hector Salva are made with a sincere attempt to be as accurate and detailed as possible. Since psychic predictions are subject to a variety of forces beyond the control of any psychic or medium, a guaranteed accuracy rate cannot be made. You may think Hector’s fee to be higher than some other psychics. Many other psychics charge hundreds of dollars more than Hector and are not as accurate or knowledgeable. . Be sure that you can afford his fee. If you cannot afford it, we suggest that you find another psychic who offers services within your budget.
The very reasonable fee Hector charges for his readings are non-negotiable.
