    OMG, this is so true. I see it everywhere, used to struggle with some of these myself (Still do from time to time,lol) however i have found that raising my vibe and doing my best not to feed these “spirits”, has helped me tremendously. Thank you so much for shining some light on this subject, it has been swept under the rug for a long time.
