hi everyone so this has been coming up a lot lately and it has to do with trauma parents and parenting and everything like that so the first thing i want to talk about is actually a child’s expectations and your job as a parent
many parents believe that it is their job to ensure that their children never have any suffering never experience a bad feeling and never have to actually try or work very hard in life in fact what i’ve seen through working with people and working
with people who’ve grown up this way this is actually very debilitating to your child preventing them learning to deal with problems and issues and suffering on their own and being there to support them in that process you create the incapacity the lack of
the ability to deal with the ups and downs of life and the reality of life those feelings and those experiences suffering creates strength unfortunately we have a lot of weak sauce in the world today because many individuals have never gone through real suffering
but since the human loves to suffer even people who have been pampered and spoiled this way believe that they have suffered and will find and make up stories of suffering in their mind no matter what they will find suffering to latch onto so
that’s a secret a lot of parents don’t understand it’s not your job and you are not necessarily supposed to stop every single thing from ever occurring yes you are supposed to protect your children yes you are supposed to make sure that certain things
don’t go on but holding them away from experiencing the good as well as the bad some sufferings and negative emotions leaves them in an emotionally weak state where they cannot handle or deal with real life or emotions hope that helps many blessings like
