where you can apply to work with me now so papa legba is connected with a number of different saints depending on how you’re serving him which tradition or which path you’re following saint anthony of padua san antonio de padua or saint anthony of
padu i believe in english is one of the aspects the other one is saint lazarus the real funny thing about serving papa legba is that often times i see that people confuse papa legba and the tradition serving papa legba along with the traditions
of santeria and lukumi where elegy’s approach from the viewpoint or the vision of being a young child however in the 21 divisions and in vodu he is being approached in the aspect of being an elder male unfortunately papa legba gets a bad rep
and get gets a lot of bad attention and i suspect also a lot of not that great service but one of the things about legba is that he’s such a major spirit and many different tribes worked with the spirit that opened the gateways
or a version of papa legba so there’s many different traditions around him and there’s many different aspects of papa legba that someone could be connecting with or working with unfortunately papa legba often gets confused with uh baron samdi in many places that i
have seen as well as movies films etc where their personalities get blended together incorrectly so this has happened quite often and many people’s viewpoint of papa legba is not quite clear papa legba in his path of saint anthony or in that path that’s
worked within the 21 divisions is commonly given hot chocolate as well as bread and the color brown and brown candles now sit in the saint lazarus which is a different aspect of papa legba he served with quite differently if you really want to
