so continuing with the San Miguel story time from part one here’s part two so we did the work but as a result of the work what happens is Jamie’s boss ends up out of work for basically 10 weeks as a result the matter
gets dropped when another person who’s actually the boss of the boss so Jamie’s boss’s boss right ends up having to take over Jamie’s boss’s role he sees what’s actually going on with Jaime and sees that Jamie doesn’t have the resources and that basically
it does look like Jamie might be telling the truth about being sabotaged he gives Jamie the resources which allows Jamie to do his job he actually reduces the things that don’t belong to Jamie and he gets everything lined up as a result he
sees that Jamie’s actually really good at his job and he kind of stands up for Jamie telling the other people that too eventually the old boss comes back at which point he actually ends up reassigned to another department Jamie keeps his job and
he’s still there that was I think about a year and some change ago Jamie loved his job the problem was the boss and what the boss was doing to him actually as a result Jamie made sure to come back and make an offering
