things are properly healed it’s not something that you do it’s something that happens as an effect of a proper healing and this person mentioned they were in a violent relationship over 20 years ago they’re still suffering at those effects that’s because you haven’t
been able to properly heal and if so that’s not your fault in many cases we individuals can’t find the people or the tools that they need in order to heal many things that people think work actually do not so when one properly heals
and it doesn’t take uh decades to heal from this stuff i’ve healed people from abuse and abuse traumas in a period of months where they’ve worked with others for years and years still having the same issue so it doesn’t take years and years
a few months to a year or two that makes sense depending on how much you’ve gone through but again it takes a highly developed individual mentor guide healer to be able to do that for you otherwise you’ll set it sit in a cycle
