so spiritual health equals mental emotional physical as well as interrelationship health really what you have to understand with your spirit is your spirit is your consciousness it’s the very foundation of your being your experience of life is determined by your consciousness how much
happiness you can have how much success you can feel how how much you can feel fulfilled and as being on your purpose has to do with your consciousness therefore mental and emotional health all flow down from your spirit from your spirituality in the
world you’ve been taught how to do math how to do science how to do what works for the world but you haven’t necessarily been taught how to take care of your spiritual well-being the well-being of your spirit if you want to learn how
